Regular Cycles Protocol

Private Session

Includes:

  • One introductory teaching session of the regular cycles protocol. (approx. 90 mins)

  • Regular cycles chart for tracking signs

  • 1 and 6 month chart reviews to ensure understanding of the method.

  • 1 year of follow-up. I will try to respond to all messages within 24-48 hrs.

Breastfeeding Protocol
$155.00

Private Session

Includes:

  • One introductory teaching session of the breastfeeding protocol. (approx. 90 mins)

  • Breastfeeding chart for tracking signs

  • 1 and 6 month chart reviews to ensure understanding of the method and that the correct protocol is still in place as you transition.

  • 1 year of follow-up. I will try to respond to all messages within 24-48 hrs.

General Follow up
